NEW BUSINESS €; Consideration of the 2026 Joint Comprehensive Plan A motion was made by Vice Mayor Jamieson to adopt the Joint Comprehensive Plan. Commissioner Fry stated she had not seen the plan until today, and does not feel comfortable voting on this today. Motion died for lack of second. A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Vice Mayor Jamieson to table the Joint Comprehensive Plan until the next meeting.
